A delapidated old shed. My original intentions were to fix this puppy up and use it as the new chicken coop. Well, after cleaning away all the debris, there wasn't enough of it left to make a serviceable structure.

So, there it sits, mocking me.

It looks like something out of midevil times. So, I'm planning a midevil demise for it. Sure, I could tear it down with a hammer and a crowbar in about half and hour. But then the fun would be over. It should take me several weeks to put a proper midevil end to it. *Evilgrin*

The all-new chicken coop. I built this thing entirely by myself, with no plans, and minimal measuring. To quote a old comercial - "I'm an the visualist! I see things...visualy."

This is typically what you'll see when the door to the coop is opened - a stampeed of chickens rushing for the door.

One of the escapees. This bird has no name.

This is skittles, my cock. (Or Rooster, for you cityfolk.)

This one is named 'Hope'

A picture of Hope going after my shoelaces.

All the girls together in one picture. The other yellow one (on the right) is named 'Big Bird' The two black ones are unnamed.

A clutch of eggs. I stopped collecting them for a weekend to see if I could get one of the hens to go broody, but it was still too cold out.

Woodpile.

Woodpile #2.
