Why zymurgy?

Well, I believe that in order for a hobby to be successful, it is important to be able to enjoy the fruits of that hobby. Driving around on my John Deere was fun, but the grass keeps growing. Eventually my garden will enjoy the fruits of my John Deere-driving hobby with all the compost I create, but what about my needs? Zymurgy promises more.

Brew #5 - Oatmeal Stout -or- Splashdance!

Brew #6 - Irish Red, the lost beer.

Brew #7 - Rainy Day Porter, or burnt sugar? Time will tell.
